This fund has been established to support a scholarship in economics at Te Whare Wānanga o Waitaha | The University of Canterbury. The scholarship is honouring Frank Tay, a former staff member of the UC Economics Department and Head of Department, who led UC to become a national training ground for economists well-versed in modern analytical thinking.
